Digital Navigation Services Request

Community members and service providers can use this form to request that a digital navigator contact them via phone or email to schedule an appointment for digital navigation services.

If you are submitting this as a referral, please be sure to have the community member's permission prior to submitting the referral. If you have any questions about services provided by the SB 22-140 Colorado Digital Navigator Pilot Program, please email digitalequity@state.co.us.

A digital navigator in your area will contact you within two business days.
Digital navigation services are primarily provided in person, one on one with a digital navigator.

Most locations have a set schedule for drop-in appointments on a first come, first served basis and appointments at various times available.

How can the digital navigator help?*

Some examples of services provided by a digital navigator are: -Finding affordable internet service for a household -Finding a device to borrow from a local library or an affordable refurbished device to purchase -Learning foundational digital skills including, but not limited to: 1. Turning on a computer and logging in and/or using a mouse 2. Recognizing basic computer icons 3. Saving documents and changing file sizes 4. Creating and maintaining files and folders 5. Create, edit and publish documents that demonstrate effective formatting (e.g. font, color, orientation, alignment, margins, spacing) for specific audiences 6. And more
